All funds received by the board under the provisions of KRS 335.600 to\n335.699 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the board fund. The fund\nshall be invested as all other state funds are invested, and income from investment of the\nfund shall be credited to the fund. The balance remaining in the fund at the end of any\nfiscal year shall not lapse to the general fund.
