{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-337.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 337.070","heading":"Employer to furnish employee with statement of wage deductions.","body":"All employers who employ ten (10) or more and pay their employees by check or\notherwise, making deductions from the salaries and wages due said employees,\nshall state specifically the amount for which the deductions are made, and each\nsuch employer at the time of payment of salary or wage to each employee shall\nfurnish the employee a paper or electronic statement giving the amount of each\ndeduction and the general purpose for which the deduction is made.
