{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-337.325","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 337.325","heading":"Posting of summaries of wage and hour laws, orders, and regulations by","body":"employers.\nEvery employer subject to any provision of KRS 337.275 to 337.325, 337.345, and\n337.385 to 337.405 or of any regulations or orders issued under KRS 337.295 shall keep\ncopies of such summaries of wage and hour laws and regulations issued under KRS\n337.295 posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherein\nany person subject thereto is employed. Employers shall be furnished copies of such\nsummaries, orders and regulations by the state on request without charge.
