{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-338.111","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 338.111","heading":"Employer and employee representation.","body":"(1) Representatives of the employer shall be given the opportunity to accompany the\ncommissioner or the authorized representative of the commissioner during the\nphysical inspection of any place of employment as authorized by KRS 338.101.\n(2) A representative a uthorized by the employees shall be given an opportunity to\naccompany the representative of the commissioner during the physical inspection of\nany place of employment related to occupational safety and health as authorized by\nKRS 338.101.
