{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-34.310","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 34.310","heading":"Membership.","body":"(1) The members of the Judicial Retirement and Removal Commission to be selected\nfrom among the Judges of the Court of Appeals, the Circuit Judges, and the District\nJudges, shall be selected according to rules promulgated by the Supreme Court.\n(2) The member o f the commission to be appointed by the governing body of the bar\nshall be appointed according to rules promulgated by the Supreme Court.\n(3) The members of the commission appointed by the Governor shall include one (1)\nperson from each of the two (2) poli tical parties of the Commonwealth having the\nlargest number of registered voters.\n(4) All members of the commission shall serve until their successors are elected or\nappointed, as the case may be.","path":["KRS Chapter 34"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=21274","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:51Z","sha256":"8605a00530a041e84e6dc473a22b7ffb92b01079554587dd0653397c70fee856","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-34.030","next":"us-ky/krs-34.320"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
