{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-341.570","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 341.570","heading":"Representation in court -- Expense of suit.","body":"(1) In any civil action to enforce the provisions of this chapter or in which the\ncommission or the cabinet is an interested party, the commission or the cabinet may\nbe represented by any qualified attorney who is designated by the secretary for that\npurpose.
