{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-341.590","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 341.590","heading":"Additional contributions if federal government fails to provide funds for","body":"administration.\nIf the federal government does not, for any fiscal year, make the certification for payment\nto this state of funds for the assistance of this state in the admini stration of this chapter as\nprovided by Title III of the Federal Social Security Act (49 Stat. 620) or any amendment\nthereto, every employer subject to this chapter shall, for that fiscal year, pay to the\nunemployment compensation administration fund, to b e used for the administration of\nthis chapter, contributions equal to three -tenths of one percent (0.3%) of such subject\nemployer's wages payable for covered employment for the same period.
