{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-341.820","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 341.820","heading":"Release or return of property.","body":"(1) It shall be lawful for the secretary or his delegate, under administrative regulations\nprescribed by the secretary, to release all or part of the property or rights to property\nlevied upon where the secretary or his delegate determines that such action wil l\nfacilitate the collection of the liability, but such release shall not operate to prevent\nany subsequent levy.\n(2) If the secretary or his delegate determines that property has been wrongfully levied\nupon, it shall be lawful for the secretary or his dele gate to return the specific\nproperty levied upon or an amount of money equal to the amount of money received\nby the Commonwealth from a sale of such property.\n(3) Property shall be returned immediately.
