{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-342.155","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 342.155","heading":"Payment of lump-sum compensation to trustee.","body":"Whenever the administrative law judge considers it expedient, any lump sum which is\npaid as provided in this chapter shall be paid to any suitable person appointed by the\nDistrict Court of the county of the residence of the injured employee or of his depen dents\nas trustee to administer or apply the same for the benefit of the person or persons entitled\nthereto. The receipt of such trustee for the amount so paid to him shall discharge the\nemployer and his insurer.
