If the employer is a corporation or a limited\nliability company, the notice or claim may be given to any agent of the cor poration or\nlimited liability company upon whom process may be served, or to any officer of the\ncorporation or any member or manager, as the case may be, of the limited liability\ncompany authorized to manage the limited liability company under its articles  of\nincorporation or to any agent of the corporation or limited liability company in charge of\nthe business at the place where the injury occurred.
