The commissioner shall provide necessary supplies,  books,\nperiodicals, and maps and shall provide a seal for the authentication of orders, awards, or\nproceedings of the administrative law judges, on which shall be inserted the words\n\"Department of Workers' Claims, State of Kentucky, official seal.\" The bo ard and the\nadministrative law judges may hold sessions at any place within the state where necessary\nand shall have power to sue or institute legal proceedings in any court of this state, under\nexisting laws as to jurisdiction of actions.
