{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-342.276","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 342.276","heading":"Mediation program.","body":"(1) The commissioner shall establish a program to provide an opportunity for mediation\nof disputes as to the entitlement to benefits under this chapter.\n(2) The commissioner shall promulgate administrative regulations necessary to\nestablish and implement the m ediation program, which shall prescribe the\nqualifications and duties of mediators; a process for the designation of mediators;\nprocedures for the conduct of mediation proceedings; and the issues which shall be\nsubject to mediation.\n(3) Recommendations by mediators are without administrative or judicial authority and\nare not binding on the parties unless the parties enter into a settlement agreement\nincorporating the recommendations.
