{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-342.380","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 342.380","heading":"Commissioner of Department of Insurance to approve policy -- Review --","body":"Appeal.\nNo policy of insurance or rider to be used therewith shall be issued or delivered until a\ncopy of its form has been filed with the commissioner of the Department of Insuran ce at\nleast thirty (30) days before such issue or delivery, unless before the expiration of thirty\n(30) days the commissioner of the Department of Insurance has approved the form thereof\nin writing; nor if the commissioner of the Department of Insurance no tifies the company\nin writing that in his opinion the form of the policy or rider does not comply with the laws\nof this state, specifying fully the reasons for his opinion.
