{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-342.460","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 342.460","heading":"Withdrawal from business in Kentucky before special fund assessments","body":"and other taxes fall due or failure to pay tax -- Collection -- Attorney's fees.\nIf any such insurance carrier withdraws from business in this state before the special fund\nassessments and other taxes required in this chapter fall due or fails to pay such tax, the\nfunding commission shall at once proceed to collect it. The funding commission may\nemploy any legal process necessary for that purpose. The suit may be brought by the\nfunding commission in any court of this state having jurisdiction.
