{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-342.765","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 342.765","heading":"Administration of fund -- Transfer of reimbursement funds -- Reports.","body":"(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of KRS  Chapter 342 to the contrary, the office\nof the Attorney General shall be responsible for the administration of the\nuninsured employers' fund and shall be charged with the conservation of the\nassets of the fund. Funds  to reimburse the Attorney General's office for\nexpenses incurred in litigation and administration in defense of the uninsured\nemployers' fund shall be transferred upon request of the Attorney General's\noffice and approval by the secretary of the Education and Labor Cabinet.\n(2) The  office of the Attorney General shall report monthly to the Interim Joint\nCommittee  on Appropriations and Revenue, the Interim Joint Committee on\nEconomic  Development and Workforce Investment, and the commissioner the\namount  of the agency fund expenditures in each month for the uninsured\nemployers' fund and the nature of these expenditures.
