{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-342.833","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 342.833","heading":"Workplace safety program for policyholders -- On-site examinations.","body":"(1) The manager shall formulate, implement, and monitor a workplace safety program\nfor all policyholders.\n(2) The manager shall develop a written workplace accident and injury reduction plan\nthat promotes safe working conditions and which is based upon clearly  stated goals\nand objectives.
