{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-342.912","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 342.912","heading":"Annual audit -- Annual report -- Deadline for establishment -- Events","body":"causing fund's liability for payment of benefits.\n(1) The directors of each guaranty fund shall annually contract for an independent\ncertified audit of the financial activities of t he guaranty fund. An annual report on\nthe financial status of the guaranty fund as of June 30 of each year shall be\nsubmitted to the commissioner and to each member.\n(2) Each guaranty fund shall be established on March 1, 1997.\n(3) The individual guaranty fund shall be liable for payment of benefits only for\nmembers where there has been a declaration of bankruptcy or insolvency by a court\nof competent jurisdiction after the date on which the guaranty fund is established, or\nwhere the commissioner has issued  a certificate of default which has occurred after\nthe date on which the guaranty fund is established.","path":["KRS Chapter 342"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=32588","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:33Z","sha256":"2ef6eea4eb5a6baf5e98f710469c987e37714966f4931e3d2fd4a0b24f2f08d8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-342.910","next":"us-ky/krs-342.920"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
