{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-343.040","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 343.040","heading":"Supervisor's powers and duties.","body":"The supervisor, under the direction of the commissioner, may:\n(1) Administer this chapter;\n(2) Set up conditions and training standards for apprenticeship or on -the-job training\nprograms and agreements;\n(3) Act as secretary to the council;\n(4) Approve, if in his or her opinion approval is to the best interest of both parties, any\napprenticeship or on -the-job training program and agreement submitted to him or\nher by the parties thereto, that meets the standards established under this chapter;\n(5) Keep a reco rd of apprenticeship and on -the-job training programs and agreements\nand their disposition;\n(6) Issue certificates of completion of apprenticeship and on-the-job training; and\n(7) Perform such other duties as are necessary to carry out the intention of this chapter.","path":["KRS Chapter 343"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=49306","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:33Z","sha256":"7a54c4ec848e4dbe79966b2359224b17cbc8de74ec7c8fe58a2f1883463cf992","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-343.030","next":"us-ky/krs-343.050"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
