{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-343.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 343.070","heading":"Settlements of controversies or complaints.","body":"(1) Upon the complaint of either party to the agreement, or upon his or her own\ninitiative, the supervisor may investigate or determine if there has been a violation\nof the terms of the apprenticeship or on -the-job training agreement approved under\nthis chapte r. He may conduct inquiries and other proceedings necessary to any\ninvestigation and determination. The parties to the agreement shall, after reasonable\nnotice, be given an informal hearing before the supervisor.\n(2) The determination of the supervisor sha ll be filed with the commissioner. If no\nappeal therefrom is filed with the commissioner within fifteen (15) days, the\ndetermination shall become final.
