{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-344.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 344.160","heading":"Members, qualifications, compensation.","body":"(1) The members of the Commission on Human Rights established by KRS 344.150\nshall be appointed on a bipartisan basis and shall be broadly representative of\nemployers, proprietors, trade unions, religious groups, human rights groups, and the\ngeneral public.\n(2) Each member is entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance\nof his duties and when serving as a hearing examiner shall be compensated at a per\ndiem rate to be established by the secretary of the Personnel Cabinet.\n(3) Each member shall receive sixty-five dollars ($65) per day for attending meetings of\nthe commission in addition to the reimbursement of expenses authorized in\nsubsection (2) of this section.","path":["KRS Chapter 344"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=32619","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:33Z","sha256":"701e1d2ee54d6b8275c310c13bac956dbaa441e365c42f6fc10bdb9c6df5f8cd","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-344.150","next":"us-ky/krs-344.170"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
