{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-344.280","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 344.280","heading":"Conspiracy to violate chapter unlawful.","body":"It shall be an unlawful practice for a person, or for two (2) or more persons to conspire:\n(1) To retaliate or discriminate in any manner against a person because he has opposed\na practice declared unlawful by this chapter, or because he has made a charge,  filed\na complaint, testified, assisted, or participated in any manner in any investigation,\nproceeding, or hearing under this chapter; or\n(2) To aid, abet, incite, compel, or coerce a person to engage in any of the acts or\npractices declared unlawful by this chapter; or\n(3) To obstruct or prevent a person from complying with the provisions of this chapter\nor any order issued thereunder;\n(4) To resist, prevent, impede, or interfere with the commission, or any of its members\nor representatives, in the lawful performance of duty under this chapter; or\n(5) To coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercise or\nenjoyment of, or on account of his having exercised or enjoyed, or on account of his\nhaving aided or encouraged any other perso n in the exercise or enjoyment of, any\nright granted or protected by KRS 344.360, 344.367, 344.370, 344.380, or 344.680.","path":["KRS Chapter 344"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=32631","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:33Z","sha256":"36e3b724db348768ba9599eed8b4047685e37f47e04d4d88b5ff0be932757a85","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-344.270","next":"us-ky/krs-344.290"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
