{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-344.330","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 344.330","heading":"Additional powers of local commissions.","body":"A local commission established pursuant to this chapter may:\n(1) Enter into cooperative working agreements with the United States Equal\nEmployment Opportunity Commission created by Section 705 of the Federal Civil\nRights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 241) in order  to achieve the purposes of that act; and\nwith any federal or state agency in order to achieve the purposes of this chapter.\n(2) In its discretion, or upon request of the commission, refer a matter under its\njurisdiction to the commission for initial action or review.\n(3) Refer to the commission for resolution a dispute over jurisdiction or other matter\nwith another local commission.\n(4) Provide a copy of its annual report to the commission.","path":["KRS Chapter 344"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=32636","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:33Z","sha256":"a5fe0f6252b0f449dc702aaeb2005a699ecc699438d6bc80fd364cd05198ed69","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-344.320","next":"us-ky/krs-344.340"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
