{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-344.605","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 344.605","heading":"Conciliation -- Agreement -- Final investigative report.","body":"(1) During the period beginning with the filing of a discriminatory housing practice\ncomplaint and ending with the filing of a charge or a dismissal by the commission,\nthe commission shall, to the extent feasible, engage in conciliation with respect to a\ncomplaint.\n(2) A conciliation agreement arising out of the conciliation shall be an agreement\nbetween the respondent and the complainant, and shall be subject to approval by the\ncommission.\n(3) A conciliation agreement may provide for binding arbitration of the  dispute arising\nfrom the complaint. Any arbitration that results from a conciliation agreement may\naward appropriate relief, including monetary relief.\n(4) Each conciliation agreement shall be made public unless the complainant and\nrespondent otherwise ag ree and the commission determines that disclosure is not\nrequired to further the purposes of this chapter.\n(5) (a) At the end of each investigation under this section, the commission shall\nprepare a final investigative report containing:\n1. The names and dates of contacts with witnesses;\n2. A summary and the dates of correspondence and other contacts with the\ncomplainant and the respondent;\n3. A summary description of other pertinent records;\n4. A summary of witness statements; and\n5.
