{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-349.115","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 349.115","heading":"Department of Natural Resources to adopt rules and administrative","body":"regulations after notice and hearing -- Operators to submit production\ninformation annually.\n(1) The department is hereby authorized to adopt all rules, administrative regulations,\nand amendments to implement the provisions of this chapter. All rules,\nadministrative regulations, and amendments promulgated under this chapter shall be\npromulgated by the department after notice and a hearing. At all hearings held to\nconsider any rules, admi nistrative regulations, or amendments thereto, any\ninterested person shall be entitled to be heard.\n(2) All hearings shall be held at a time and place as is specified by the department\naccording to rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter. A wr itten record\nof each hearing shall be kept; however, if not at variance with KRS 61.870 to\n61.884, the keeping of a record may be waived by all parties who participate\ntherein.
