{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-35.020","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 35.020","heading":"Jurisdiction to try certain personnel.","body":"(1) Each person discharged from the state military forces who is later charged with\nhaving fraudulently obtained a discharge is, subject to KRS 35.215, subject to trial\nby court-martial on that charge and is, after apprehension, subject to this code while\nin c ustody under the direction of the state military forces for that trial.
