{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-35.690","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 35.690","heading":"Other sexual misconduct.","body":"(1) Any person subject to this code is guilty of an offense under this section and shall\nbe punished as a court -martial may direct who, without legal justification or lawful\nauthorization:\n(a) Knowingly or wrongfully views the private area of another person, without\nthat other person's consent and under circumstances in which that other person\nhas a reasonable expectation of privacy;\n(b) Knowingly photographs, videotapes, films, or records by any means the\nprivate area of another person, without that other person's consent or under\ncircumstances in whi ch that other person has a reasonable expectation of\nprivacy; or\n(c) Knowingly broadcasts or distributes any recording that the person knew or\nreasonably should have known was made under the circumstances proscribed\nin paragraphs (a) and (b) of this subsection.\n(2) Any person subject to this code who compels another person to engage in the act of\nprostitution with any person is guilty of forcible pandering and shall be punished as\na court-martial may direct.\n(3) Any person subject to this code who intention ally exposes, in an indecent manner,\nthe genitalia, anus, buttocks, or female areola or nipple is guilty of indecent\nexposure and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.","path":["KRS Chapter 35"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=45089","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:54Z","sha256":"1ac0d418048038c8d20a26281d2a05256d7c7af3b3655321952b058dd368fb2a","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-35.685","next":"us-ky/krs-35.692"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
