{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-35.815","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 35.815","heading":"Payment of fees, costs, and expenses.","body":"(1) The fees and authorized travel expenses of all witnesses, experts, victims, court\nreporters, and interpreters, fees for the service of process, the costs of collection,\napprehension, detention and confinement, and all other necessary expenses of\nprosecution and the administration of military justice, not otherwise payable by any\nother source, shall be paid out of the military justice fund.\n(2) For the foregoing purposes, there is created in the State Treasury a fund to be\ndesignated the military justice fun d that shall be administered by the adjutant\ngeneral, from which expenses of military justice shall be paid in the amounts and\nmanner as prescribed by law.
