Such parties or\nforces not controlled by the permittee shall include, without limitation, acts of God,\noil and gas operations, loggers, recreational vehicles, and trespassers.\n(2) The Energy and Environment Cabinet is also directed to promulgate regulations\nwhich specifically set forth the procedure for transferring liability for reclamation of\na surface mining permit to a party who will make a post mining use of the permit\narea.","path":["KRS Chapter 350"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=32855","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:36Z","sha256":"e9408a73c7a99e77d49934f4f0a587c2610913591e5fae349dff805d23770afe","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-350.470","next":"us-ky/krs-350.480"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
