L. No. 95 -87,\nas amended by the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006, Pub. L. No. 109-432.\n(2) Sums deposited into the special trust fund, and interest earned thereon, shall be\nexpended for acid mine drainage abatement and treatment in accordance with the\nrequirements of Section 402(g)(6) of Pub. L. No. 95 -87, as amended by the Tax\nRelief and Health Care Act of 2006, Pub. L.
