{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-351.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 351.130","heading":"Duplicate certificates.","body":"If any person loses his certificate or it is destroyed which was earned under KRS 351.120,\nhe shall apply to the commissioner for a duplicate certificate, including with his\napplication an affidavit stating in full how the certificate was destroyed or misp laced. If\nthe commissioner deems it proper he shall furnish the applicant with a duplicate\ncertificate.
