{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-351.150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 351.150","heading":"Reports of mine inspectors.","body":"(1) Each mine inspector shall each week report in writing to the commissioner of the\ndepartment the number and condition of all mines inspected by him during the\nweek.\n(2) Each mine inspector shall each week deliver to the commissioner of the department\na written report showing the condition of each mine inspected by him and, at the\nsame time, shall deliver a copy of such report to the operator or the superintendent\nof each mine inspected and another copy thereof to the mine committee at such\nmine so inspected if requested and at the same time each mine inspector shall post a\ncopy of such inspection report on a bulletin board at a prominent place of the\noperating company or mine where it may conveniently be read by any of the mine\nemployees.\n(3) Each mine inspec tor shall, within fifteen (15) days after the close of each calendar\nyear, file with the commissioner a report of his proceedings during the calendar\nyear, and give such information concerning the mines and mining conditions in his\ndistrict as is appropriate and required by the commissioner.","path":["KRS Chapter 351"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=32924","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:37Z","sha256":"e98617d06d4d5432333babe7fb82d9dcbf923dd3caf31f9a7021af42766456d6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-351.140","next":"us-ky/krs-351.160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
