{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-351.170","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 351.170","heading":"Reports of licensee -- Alcohol and substance abuse reports.","body":"(1) All reports of any facility licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be made to the\ndirector. The licensee of each commercial coal mine shall give at the end of each\ncalendar year accurate information, on blank forms furnished by the commissioner,\nas to the number of accidents that have occurred, the number of persons employed,\nthe tons of coal mined, and any other related information that the commissioner\nrequests.\n(2) The operator or superintendent of each licensed facility shall report, by the close of\nthe next business day, any certified persons who:\n(a) Have been discharged for violation of a company's substance or alcohol abuse\npolicies;\n(b) Refused to submit to a test required by the company's substance or alcohol\nabuse policies or KRS 351.182, 351.183, 351.184, 351.185, and 352.180; or\n(c) Tested positive and failed to complete an employee assistance program.","path":["KRS Chapter 351"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=44536","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:37Z","sha256":"085593c2c72b68c9c4525ed5218f3f2781c2ce652b86aa4d8a3bc9d6295d6d62","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-351.160","next":"us-ky/krs-351.173"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
