{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-353.425","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 353.425","heading":"Drilling permit requirements -- Administrative regulations.","body":"(1) A person shall not drill, deepen, reopen, or convert a well for the purposes of\ndeveloping a Class VI underground injection control well without first securing\ndrilling permits from the cabinet.\n(2) To both protect and prevent endangerment of underground sources of drinking\nwater, the cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with\nKRS Chapter 13A regarding the drilling, casing, and construction of the wells .
