{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-353.670","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 353.670","heading":"Promulgation of regulations -- Hearing -- Written record of hearing.","body":"(1) All rules, regulations and amendments promulgated under KRS 353.500 to 353.720\nshall be promulgated by the department after notice and a hearing. At all hearings\nheld to consider any rules, regulations or amendments thereto, any interested person\nshall be entitled to be heard.\n(2) All hearings held under this section shall be held at such time and place as is\nspecified by the department, and according to rules and regulations promulgated\nunder KRS 353.500 to 353.720. A written record of each hearing shall b e kept,\nunless the keeping of a record shall be waived by all parties who participate therein.\nAll interested persons shall be entitled to be heard at all hearings conducted under\nKRS 353.500 to 353.720.\n(3) The director of the Division of Oil and Gas, or his representatives, shall attend all\nhearings under this section conducted by the department.\n(4) All rules, regulations and orders promulgated or issued under KRS 353.500 to\n353.720 shall be in writing, shall be entered in full and indexed in books to be  kept\nby the department for that purpose, shall be public records open for inspection at all\ntimes during office hours, and shall be filed in accordance with the provisions of\nKRS Chapter 13A. A copy of any rule, regulation, or order, certified by the\ncommissioner of the Department for Natural Resources or the director of the\nDivision of Oil and Gas, shall be received in evidence in all courts of this\nCommonwealth without any further authentication thereof.","path":["KRS Chapter 353"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=33136","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:40Z","sha256":"2b5f69d4b26225680965b1c8c9b240459f51b4dbfe5675be2d4603a52af5b1ae","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-353.6606","next":"us-ky/krs-353.680"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
