{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-353.754","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 353.754","heading":"Procedure and organization -- Regulations.","body":"(1) If any officers of the authority whose signature, or a facsimile thereof, appears on\nany bonds of the authority or on any other instruments or documents pertaining to\nthe functions of the authority ceases to be an officer before delivery of the bonds, or\nbefore the effective date or occasion of the instruments or documents, the signature\nor facsimile shall nevertheless be valid for all purposes the same as if the officer\nhad remained in office until the delivery or effective date or occasion.\n(2) Any four (4) voting members of the authority shall constitute a quorum.\n(3) The authority shall meet not less than every twelve (12) months beginning no later\nthan ninety (90) days after June 20, 2005, and at such other times as it may be called\nas provided in this section. Special meetings of the authority may be called by the\nchair and, upon written request of two (2) members, the chair shall call a special\nmeeting of the authority to be held not later than twenty (20) days following receipt\nof the written request.  The chair shall give notice through the secretary by any\nmeans agreed upon by the membership, at least ten (10) days prior to the time of\nany meeting. The offices of the authority shall be located in Frankfort, Kentucky.\n(4) The authority may adopt bylaws  relating to its organization and internal\nmanagement and alter them at will. Through its bylaws, or by resolution, it shall\nestablish stated times and places for regular meetings and may provide for meetings\nat other times or in different places. If a quo rum is present at any special meeting\nand it appears from the minutes that reasonable notice was given to or waived by\nabsent members, or if the minutes are subsequently consented to by absent\nmembers, any business transacted or action taken at the meeting  shall be official\nand as valid in all respects as if transacted or taken at a regular meeting.\n(5) The authority shall promulgate administrative regulations for the conducting of its\nbusiness and affairs including criteria for project eligibility, in acco rdance with the\nprovisions of KRS Chapter 13A.","path":["KRS Chapter 353"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=33152","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:40Z","sha256":"48df4a61f3756f2087187ac3a5bcffe4870777b837c7430284dc2dfa05787df2","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-353.752","next":"us-ky/krs-353.756"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
