{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-353.768","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 353.768","heading":"Issuance of revenue refunding bonds.","body":"(1) The authority may provide for the issuance of revenue refunding bonds for the\npurpose of refunding any outstanding bonds that have been issued under KRS\n353.750 to 353.776, including the payment of any redemption premium thereon and\nany interest accrued to  the date of redemption of the bonds, and, if the authority\ndetermines, for the purpose of constructing improvements, extensions, or\nenlargements of the project or projects in connection with which the bonds to be\nrefunded have been issued. The authority m ay also provide for the issuance of its\nrevenue bonds for the combined purpose of:\n(a) Refunding any outstanding bonds that are issued under KRS 353.750 to\n353.776, including the payment of any redemption premium and any interest\naccrued to the date of redemption of the bonds; and\n(b) Paying any part of the cost of any additional project or projects.\n(2) The issuance of such bonds, maturities and other details, for rights of the\nbondholders, and the rights, duties, and obligations of the authority, shall be\ngoverned by KRS 353.750 to 353.776 where applicable.","path":["KRS Chapter 353"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=33159","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:40Z","sha256":"d7e16643c2e6c56c4f0094ccb7f011caf6c6cff6551b53a7db8e5acd01b24eff","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-353.766","next":"us-ky/krs-353.770"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
