{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-353.992","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 353.992","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any person who violates KRS 353.592 or who fails to perform any duties imposed by\nKRS 353.592 or who violates any permit, rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto\nshall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) fo r each\nday of such violation or, if such violation is willful, such person may, in lieu of the civil\npenalty, be fined not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each day of such\nviolation and may concurrently with such civil penalty or fine be enjoi ned from any such\nviolation.
