{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-355.1-302","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 355.1-302","heading":"Variation by agreement.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2) of this section or elsewhere in the\nUniform Commercial Code, the effect of provisions of the Uniform Commercial\nCode may be varied by agreement.\n(2) The obligations of good faith, diligence, reasonableness, an d care prescribed by the\nUniform Commercial Code may not be disclaimed by agreement.
