{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-355.3-119","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 355.3-119","heading":"Notice of right to defend action.","body":"In an action for breach of an obligation for which a third person is answerable over\npursuant to this article or Article 4 of this chapter, the defendant may give the third\nperson notice of the litigation in a record, and the person notified may then give similar\nnotice to any other person who is answerable over.
