{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-355.3-403","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 355.3-403","heading":"Unauthorized signature.","body":"(1) Unless otherwise provided in this article or Article 4 of this chapter, an\nunauthorized signature is ineffective except as the signature of the unauthorized\nsigner in favor of a person who in good faith pays the instrument or takes it for\nvalue.
