If there is conflict, this article governs\nArticle 3 of this chapter but Article 8 of this chapter governs this article.\n(2) The liability of a bank for action or nonaction with respect to an item handled by it\nfor purposes of presentment, payment, or collection is governed by the law of the\nplace where the bank is located.
