{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-355.9-326","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 355.9-326","heading":"Priority of security interests created by new debtor.","body":"(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, a security interest that is created by a new\ndebtor in collateral in which the new debtor has or acquires rights and perfected by\na filed financing statement that would be ineffective to perfect the security inter est\nbut for the application of KRS 355.9 -508, or KRS 355.9 -316(9)(a) and 355.9 -508,\nis subordinate to a security interest in the same collateral which is perfected other\nthan by a filed financing statement that is effective solely under KRS 355.9-508.\n(2) The other provisions of this part of this article determine the priority among\nconflicting security interests in the same collateral perfected by filed financing\nstatements described in subsection (1) of this section.
