{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-355.9-522","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 355.9-522","heading":"Maintenance and destruction of records.","body":"(1) The filing office shall maintain a record of the information provided in a filed\nfinancing statement for at least one (1) year after the effectiveness of the financing\nstatement has lapsed under KRS 355.9 -515 with respect to all secured parties of\nrecord. The record must be retrievable by using the name of the debtor and by using\nthe file number assigned to the initial financing statement to which the record\nrelates.\n(2) Except to the extent that a statute governing disposition of public records provides\notherwise, the filing office immediately may destroy any written record evidencing\na financing statement.
