{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-36.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 36.110","heading":"Governor's staff.","body":"The staff of the commander in chief shall consist of an administrative and personal staff.\nThe administrative staff shall consist of the adjutant general and such other officers of the\nKentucky National Guard, of the grade prescribed by the Department of D efense of the\nUnited States for the administrative staff for Kentucky, as are detailed by the Governor.\nThe personal staff shall consist of not more than four (4) aides -de-camp, detailed from\ncommissioned officers of the National Guard in active service fr om grades below that of\ncolonel. Such detail shall not add to the grade of the officer so appointed. The officers\ndetailed as aides -de-camp shall not be relieved from duty with their respective\norganizations but shall perform all duties pertaining thereto except when on duty as aides-\nde-camp under orders of the Governor.
