{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-362.409","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 362.409","heading":"Records to be kept.","body":"(1) Each limited partnership shall keep, at the office referred to in KRS 362.407(2), the\nfollowing records:\n(a) A current list of the full names and last known business, residence, or mailing\naddresses of all partners, separately identifying in alphabetical o rder the\ngeneral partners and the limited partners;\n(b) A copy of the certificate of limited partnership and all certificates of\namendment thereto, together with executed copies of any powers of attorney\npursuant to which any certificate was executed;\n(c) Copies of the limited partnership's federal, state and local income tax returns\nand reports, if any, for the three (3) most recent years;\n(d) Copies of any then effective written partnership agreement and of any\nfinancial statements of the limited partners hip for the three (3) most recent\nyears; and\n(e) Unless contained in a written partnership agreement, a writing setting out:\n1. The amount of cash and a description and statement of the agreed value\nof the other property or services contributed by each par tner and which\neach partner has agreed to contribute;\n2. The times at which, or events upon the happening of which, any\nadditional contributions agreed to be made by each partner are to be\nmade;\n3. Any right of a partner to receive distributions, or of a g eneral partner to\nmake distributions to a partner, that includes a return of all or any part of\nthe partner's contribution; and\n4.
