{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-363.650","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 363.650","heading":"Approval or rejection of tested weights and measures.","body":"The director shall approve for use, and seal or mark with appropriate devices, such\nweights and measures as he finds upon inspection and test to be correct as defined in KRS\n363.590, and shall reject and mark or tag as \"rejected\" such weights and measures as he\nfinds, upon inspection or test, to be incorrect as defined in KRS 363.590, but which in his\nbest judgment are susceptible of satisfactory repair: provided, that such sealing or\nmarking shall not be required with respect to such weights and measures a s may be\nexempted therefrom by a regulation of the director issued under the authority of KRS\n363.590.
