{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-363.660","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 363.660","heading":"Police powers of director.","body":"With respect to the enforcement of KRS 363.510 to 363.850 and any other law dealing\nwith weights and measures that he is or may be empowered to enforce, the director is\nhereby vested with special police powers, and is authorized to arrest, without formal\nwarrant, any violator of the said law, and to seize for use as evidence, without formal\nwarrant, incorrect or unsealed weights and measures or amounts or packages of\ncommodity found to be used, retained, offered, or exposed for sale or sold in violation of\nlaw.
