In the case of each delivery of such liquid fuel not in\npackage form and in an amount greater than ten (10) gallons in the case of sale by liquid\nmeasure or 100 pounds in the case of sale by weight, there shall be rendered to the\npurchaser, either at the time of delivery or within a period mutually agreed upon in\nwriting or otherwise between the vendor and the purchaser, a delivery ti cket or a written\nstatement on which, in ink or by means of other indelible marking equipment and, in\nclarity, equal to type or printing, there shall be clearly stated:\n(1) The name and address of the vendor,\n(2) The name and address of the purchaser,\n(3) The identity of the type of fuel comprising the delivery,\n(4) The unit price (that is, the price per gallon or per pound, as the case may be) of the\nfuel delivered,\n(5) In the case of sale by liquid measure, the liquid volume of the delivery, together\nwith any meter readings from which such liquid volume has been computed,\nexpressed in terms of the gallon and its binary or decimal subdivisions, and\n(6) In the case of sale by weight, the net weight of the delivery, together with any\nweighing scale readings from which such net weight has been computed, expressed\nin terms of tons or pounds avoirdupois.","path":["KRS Chapter 363"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=34701","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:00Z","sha256":"99ee00ed857f9eeeb23c9405f3798c624c9895d6ebd497e18d165730daca8773","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-363.785","next":"us-ky/krs-363.800"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
