{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-363.902","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 363.902","heading":"Motor fuels inspection and testing program -- Applicability of American","body":"Society for Testing and Materials International standards -- Administrative\nregulations.\n(1) The Commissioner or his or her authorized agent shall implement and administer an\ninspection and testing program for motor fuels intended for sale from a retail facility\nto ensure compliance with KRS 363.900 to 363.908.\n(2) For the purposes of administering and giving effect to the provisions of KRS\n363.900 to 363.908, the standard s set forth in the annual book of ASTM\nInternational standards, supplements, and revisions shall be applied.\n(3) In administering KRS 363.900 to 363.908, the department shall conform to any\nprovisions of federal law or regulations which impose requirements  in conflict with\nthe ASTM International standard.\n(4) The department may promulgate administrative regulations to implement and\nenforce KRS 363.900 to 363.908.","path":["KRS Chapter 363"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=52787","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:59:00Z","sha256":"063c7fe398e743327953a064a1dbf266af38abd434ee14f8c534d4bf865a4a76","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-363.900","next":"us-ky/krs-363.904"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
