{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-365.675","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 365.675","heading":"Registered agent.","body":"(1) Each registered agent designated by a transient merchant in the application for a\npermit shall be a resident of the state and shall be agent of the transient merchant\nupon whom any process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law to be\nserved upon the transient merchant may be served.
